extremes are important because they set the premise for any given argument or discussion. no compromises can be found without extremes, just like no statistical averages can be derived without empirical extremes.
poeple DO have many different personas. different poeple, situations and objectives would dictate which the dominant one is. adopting different personalities for different situations is an adaptation. it is not hypocrisy nor personality disorder. one’s true nature or persona is the embodiment of all of the existing personas. it is only natural that it is such. in fact, if one is to agree upon only one persona and apply it to all situation without consideration whatsoever, that would then only be unnatural.
remember adaptation not hypocrisy.
